Do you want to help shape the world of global travel retail and take the next step in your career? With Gebr. Heinemann you are on the fast track of your career! Within our 6-18-month leadership program, you will be developed into a Managing Director with the aim of taking over a (global) retail location within the Heinemann Group at the end of the program.
During your 6-18-month tailor-made development program, you will work in successive stations at our international retail locations and at our headquarters in Hamburg. You will gain a comprehensive insight into our business areas, take on responsibility for exciting projects and have the opportunity to build valuable relationships and networks within the company.

We are looking for committed talents with
several years of experience in retail, travel retail, FMCG or hospitality as well as initial leadership experience
international flexibility and mobility, both during and especially after the program
a lot of drive, initiative and a strong hands-on mentality
a strong passion for retail, strategy and people management
an entrepreneurial mindset and an interest in finding innovative solutions
a successfully completed degree in business administration or comparable education, ideally in an international retail company
